These Kid's Church lessons* are the actual lessons taught each week at Pastor Karl Bastian's homechurch (VCBkids) as well as his creative partner in ministry, Pastor Ryan Frank (Liberty All Stars and KidzMatter). This is not a 'finished, published' curriculum, but you may find it better than most "finished, published" curriculums out there because:
1. These lessons were written by children's pastors who actually teach real kids every Sunday. 2. These lessons are 'kid-tested' - they were taught before they were posted, with any modifications needed. 3. These lessons use the format and teaching elements that most children's churches use, and few curriculum's provide: Theme-based lessons with fun introductions, puppet scripts, object lessons, stories, skits, teaching games, and much more - often including PowerPoints and other handouts and take homes in PDF format. Be sure to check out the 'downloads' at the end of each lesson! This website offers a wide variety of helpful resources--besides children’s church curriculum. After discussing these questions, Hand out the Mission Action Plan or “MAP BOOK”. It’s a take home study guide that reinforces the principles of the teaching video.
